Description
The R24 is the smallest G-Drive engine in the FPT Industrial range, supplied as a compact package with engine, radiator and air cleaner. It is intended for small standby or prime-power generator sets.
- Covers 20, 30 and 40 kVA gensets (prime power at 50 Hz).
- Naturally aspirated or turbocharged; mechanical injection pump with droop below 5%.
- Switchable between 1,500 and 1,800 rpm (50/60 Hz), simplifying stock management.
- Good transient load response for both standby and prime applications.
- Weight of 255 kg (NA) or 265 kg (turbo), per the datasheet.
- Single-side servicing.
Unregulated and Stage III A versions. The engine can be quoted for new genset production or as a replacement on existing sets.
