Description
The KDI 1903 M is a three-cylinder in-line liquid-cooled horizontal-shaft diesel engine from the Rehlko KDI range (formerly Kohler). With 1,861 cc displacement it delivers 31 kW (42 hp) at 2,600 rpm and peak torque of 133 Nm at 1,500 rpm. It is certified to EU Stage IIIA equivalent.
The KDI Mechanical version keeps the cast-iron block and compact architecture of the KDI platform but uses mechanically controlled injection with no engine-management electronics. A simple, tough engine that is easy to service, for markets and applications where Stage V is not required.
