Description

The LDW 1404 MG is a four-cylinder in-line marine diesel for on-board generators, from Rehlko's Lombardini Marine range (formerly Kohler). Rated power is 11 kW at 1,500 rpm and 24 kW at 3,600 rpm.

LDW MG engines are the marine generator versions of the LDW (KDW-based) range: compact four-stroke diesels, fresh-water cooled via a heat exchanger, supplied with an SAE 5 bell housing and 7.5″ flywheel for direct coupling to the alternator. Power is rated at several fixed speeds for 50 Hz and 60 Hz generators.
