Description
The N45 100 is the mechanical, naturally aspirated marine engine of the NEF series, chosen for simplicity, robustness and easy maintenance. It is used both for propulsion and, in the G-Drive Marine version, for fixed-speed onboard generators.
- Propulsion: 74 kW (100 hp) at 2,800 rpm in class A1; 63–66.5 kW in commercial classes.
- G-Drive Marine: 36–44 kWm prime power at 1,500/1,800 rpm, with 10% overload capability.
- Four cylinders, 4.5 l, mechanical injection, naturally aspirated; 450 kg dry weight.
- Oil and filter change intervals of up to 600 hours.
- Options: exhaust systems, PTOs, CAN-BUS speed control, RINA type approval.
