Description
The KDI 1903 TCR is a three-cylinder in-line liquid-cooled horizontal-shaft diesel engine from the Rehlko KDI range (formerly Kohler). With 1,861 cc displacement it delivers 42 kW (56 hp) at 2,600 rpm and peak torque of 225 Nm at 1,500 rpm. It is certified to EU Stage IIIA equivalent, EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4 Final.
The KDI platform was designed from a clean sheet to deliver high power and torque from a compact package: high-pressure common rail injection and electronic engine management control combustion precisely, so the engine can replace larger units without losing performance. The same platform is certified for markets worldwide.
