Description
The VM Motori R756 IE3 belongs to the R750 family: a four-stroke diesel engine with 6 inline cylinders and 4.5 l displacement, electronically controlled 1,600 bar common rail direct injection, turbocharger and aftercooler.
Stage IIIA approval without an after-treatment system makes it a fit for markets with less stringent emission rules, keeping maintenance simple and running costs low. The engine is built for tough environments, with low fuel consumption and reduced noise.
